We began manufacturing components for Compactor Wheels in 2011 at our Chattanooga, TN facility. Then in 2018 we began production of ready for assembly OEM compactor wheels for landfill and soil compactors in 2018.
Our processes for these parts include forming sidewalls, robotic plasma trim, heavy plate rolling, production tip tacking fixtures, multiple robot welding cells, and heavy duty paint line blast and finishing.
