deep drawn parts

In 1996, Ken Garner Manufacturing completed the startup of a 1500T deep drawing press to form complex counterweight backs internally.  Now, KGM has two deep draw presses, each with a primary capacity of 2000T.  This allows us to form many large deep drawn and formed parts for multiple applications.  Utilizing these parts, we are able to deliver complete finished weldments as a single stop to simplify our customer’s supply chains. We have an engineering team that works to complete several die design and manufacturing projects each year, from design and simulation to casting & machining through try-out and in-house production, all based on our customer-designed parts.

We also export a portion of our formed parts worldwide, allowing the capital cost of dies to be centralized at a single supplier.  We also strive to reduce our overall production costs for our customers by using deep drawing to achieve reduction in the number of parts required for assemblies, using our press area that can handle and manipulate dies up to 35T. We work hard to reduce costs and reduce supply chain complexity for our customers!
